The baby born today in an early stage birth center, like the one held in the previous event, will have to be brought to the doctor immediately. The baby's health will be examined. Medical care would be provided when necessary.
The event is open to the public as it was in 2005, the first year when births at early stages were open to the public. A special ticket for members of the press is available at www.gohome.org/presents.
The Center for Health Promotion, as it is called, has offered free birth control supplies to birth centers, doctors and their families in partnership with community leaders, including the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and community organizations, including the University of Kentucky Center for Health Promotion.

The state's largest body of groundwater contains 2.7 billion cubic meters â enough to supply 2 million homes, the company said.
Its water supply â a major contributor to agriculture and industry â is under pressure from changes in hydrology and soil salinities, and may be running low.
The drought has seen farmers and industry take to land on which they can buy agricultural supplies.
Last year, the Australian Government committed $3.6 billion over five years for drought relief.
However, there are also fears of further droughts and water shortages as water levels in river system are believed to be declining in some areas.
Greens leader Richard Di Natale labelled it an environmental disaster.
'Gone over the rainbow'
"The state's water supply system is now so important and essential that the federal government should use taxpayer dollars to provide an asset, rather than just a liability, that provides life support to the people of Queensland," he said.
"So it's a political statement from both sides â from those who are trying to preserve and encourage water supplies, and from those who want to see the state lose even more water."
A spokesman for the Department of Environment said: "Water use is an ongoing problem for Queenslanders, particularly in our drought-prone south."
"The Government is reviewing options to help the state cope with the challenge and in line with its priorities."
On the other side of the argument, mining giant BHP Billiton said it was "very excited" about its role in the project.
"At the heart of the project is the idea of a new water supply line linking the world's largest iron mine with water bodies in Queensland," the company said in a statement.
"As with all new infrastructure projects there are risks. One being the potential for the potential loss of groundwater.
"In general, there is a general acceptance that the risks associated with new and large-scale infrastructure projects are well-understood by the private sector."

report clears way for station development to begin in calgary, and for new stations to open before the end of the decade
the calgary regional municipality (the province's capital) announced that it will invest $3.3 billion in a new, four-station light rail system in preparation for the completion of a nine-day pilot project beginning may 9, 2017.
the light rail service will see four stations, located in the central business district (cbd), between calgary (calgary skytrain station), woodlands/dundas square (dundas go station), and the university of calgary (university square station).

The Patriots are confident Brady is ready to go for a Sunday Night Football matchup with the Denver Broncos, but they may not have the full picture.
The Patriots are set to host the Broncos against the San Francisco 49ers, but the league office has yet to release a schedule for that matchup, which would be a possibility given quarterback Tom Brady's injury history.
Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia announced Wednesday night that the team would be wearing white in what it calls "the most anticipated game in team history" on Jan. 2 at Levi's Stadium against the 49ers.
Patricia said they will wear white to honor the 49ers, who famously wore white helmets in 2010 during the Super Bowl to honor the men who died protecting the flag during the Vietnam War. However, Patricia later clarified the team's plan to honor them by wearing white jerseys during the game.
"We'll be ready to go," Patricia told reporters Wednesday evening. "I'm really proud of the way we do things for our fans, so they know that something's going on right here in this city. And when something like this does happen, it's a lot more than just what is said about that individual player. It's what's said about this entire community.
"Our whole focus is always to make sure that we're prepared so that we're ready to go, even during the Super Bowl."
Patricia told reporters Wednesday that he wanted the 49ers' logo to appear on the white jersey. Patricia said the team's logo was chosen because the Patriots have one of the league's smallest logos and they'll be celebrating in Santa Clara at the time of the game.
Patricia also acknowledged some confusion over the Patriots wearing white jerseys in 2010, saying the team didn't change its stance on the matter but there wasn't much he could do.
"We've had to keep our position," Patricia said. "I wish we had more time to change our stance than what we have. It's tough as it is. The team does what they do. It's what they're going to do the next year and we respect that.
"But when it happens or becomes a distraction, I hope that we're ready for that. But in this case, what we did at the time was not only a statement but a statement of respect and something that we're going to have in the Super Bowl. On Saturday, January 25, in the city of Moscow, a fire broke out at an ice cream factory and killed six people. The reason for the attack was unclear, but the fire department said on Sunday it was likely due to a heat wave or the collapse of a ventilation shaft.

Last year in Moscow, a similar fire broke out, and police were forced to call in a special force of snowplow drivers from a local fire department.
